Whispering Angel - With Ravishing Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bar

Made at Château d'Esclans from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes, Whispering Angel is the Provence rosé that set the standard everyone else now gets measured against. Its pale colour and bone-dry, full palate have made it a fixture on wine lists and dinner tables alike.

Here it's matched with a bar of ravishing raspberry dark chocolate, the tartness of the fruit cutting neatly through the chocolate's richness and echoing the wine's crisp finish. A lovely way to mark a birthday or simply say well done, boxed together in white.
