Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Whether you're ordering 1 bottle or 1,000, you're guaranteed the same care, quality and attention to detail.
Can you deliver to lots of different addresses?
Yes. Send us your list of recipients using our multi-address spreadsheet and we'll deliver each gift to its own address, each with its own message.
Will I see my label before it's printed?
Yes. For team and multi-address orders we'll send you a proof of your label to approve before anything is printed.
How quickly can you deliver?
We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround. Christmas is our busiest time of the year, so please get in touch as early as you can to secure your delivery date.
How can we pay?
You can pay by card, or for business orders by invoice and bank transfer.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
For now we deliver within the UK only, as customs clearance makes overseas deliveries difficult.
Can we use our own finished label design?
Yes. You can upload your own ready-made design on any branded product, or send it to us with your quote request and we'll print it exactly as supplied.
