Whispering Angel comes from Château d'Esclans in Provence, where Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes are blended into the pale, delicately hued rosé that's become the name most people reach for when they want the real thing. Dry, crisp and full-flavoured, it's just as happy poured at midday as at midnight.
