Mahi Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker Brian Bicknell sources fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc from seven separate Marlborough vineyards, then ferments part of it in barrel using wild, indigenous yeasts rather than chasing the usual fruit-forward style.

The result is a creamy, mouth-filling wine with notes of grilled citrus, nectarine and a touch of spice, still fresh but with genuine depth. It arrives in a white luxury gift box finished with a hand-tied ribbon.
